Yogic Strategies to Reduce Stress

In a world where chronic low level (and sometimes high level) stress is ubiquitous, yoga is an antidote. Learn particular strategies from the yoga tradition that can help us slow down, shed our anxieties and connect us to what is truly important.
In this workshop we will use movements, breathing techniques, and relaxation approaches that are extremely effective at calming our sometimes frenetic minds, bodies, and emotions. You will leave feeling relaxed and will have strategies to use in your daily life. Handouts will be provided so you can continue to practice at home.
This workshop is appropriate for all experience levels, from novice to advanced students.
The cost for this workshop is $20.
